1. Agreement to Terms

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
4. Products & Returns
All product sales are final unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase/delivery for a replacement or refund.

Lush & Luxe makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
